To modify the Tele/Comm Rooms on Floors 1 through 19 to accomodate new computer network cabling per approved plans on file. Work to include installation of 2-hr. approved firestopped penetrations to carry the cable and rearrangement of the rooms to accomodate the modifications, upgrading the doors and walls between the Tele/Comm Rooms and main core corridor as necessary to bring into code compliance, and construction of approximately 110 lineal ft. of noncombustible wall construction on the 5th Floor to enlarge the Switch Center Room. Fire sprinkler system to be in compliance with U.B.C. Standard 9-1 as regulated by the Fire Department. The Fire Department must give approval prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance.
