To remodel an existing 1,500 sq.ft. former retail tenant space to create a restaurant per approved plans on file. Work to include the removal of approximatly 41lf of existing interior partition walls, existing suspended ceiling, soffit drop, cabinets, carpet, toilet fixtures, plumbing, and some wall coverings. Then to build new interior partition walls to form two new restrooms, preparation area, janitors closet, shelf storage area, service area with counters, and new seating area as per attached approved plans. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. A NEW CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY MUST BE OBTAINED BY THIS TENANT PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THIS SPACE.
