To construct a 10' x 11' wood roofed steel framed canopy with 14' wide by 14' high steel tube arch facia on entry side located at front entry of existing church per approved plans on file. Work to include excavation, forming, and pouring reinforced footings, erection of steel support posts, building of canopy covering of wood over steel frame construction with bitumen roofing. Special inspection of concrete waived if load specs indicate 3500 psi concrete design. Special inspector required for welding of structural steel. Zoning Certificate dated March 15, 1996 attached.
