To remove the existing ceiling grid system, electrical fixtures, fire sprinkler heads & other fixtures supported by grid, to allow for removal of portions of the mechanical H.V.A.C. and to install new H.V.A.C. upgrade per the scope of work as defined on the plans. Sprinkler system to be adjusted to maintain the full fire sprinkler coverage system per Secs. 901 & 902 UBC, NFPA #13 and as regulated by the fire dept. Separate mechanical & electrical permits are required. All per approved plans & notes. FINAL APPROVAL BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE SCOPE OF THIS PROJECT IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A "LETTER OF COMPLETION" FOR THE PROJECT. PC #170-96/drs
