To remodel kitchen and dining room at existing single family dwelling located on Harrison Blvd. per approved engineered plans. Main scope of work involves vaulting of roof system above areas mentioned. Project engineer will be responsible for all structural inspections due to the unique roof framing and tension member assemblies. Written verification shall be provided to Building Inspector at framing inspection stages. JLM construction has submitted addendum for required R value insulation and ventilation at reconstructed vaulted roof area (approx. 500 sq. ft.) Battery powered smoke detectors will be required in all existing bedrooms and hallways leading to same and at high point at new vaulted area. Verify with field inspectors. DJO
