To remodel a 8,771 square foot tenant space to be used as an arcade, restaurant, baseball batting cage, and a laser tag amusement "building". The laser tag maze room shall comply as an "amusement building" per 1994 UBC 408. Work is to include a non-grease kitchen, fire sprinklers in the lazer tag maze room, interior chain link fencing, and interior nonbearing walls all per approved drawings and plan check notes on file. Work shown on the approved drawings is split between the "Owner's Contractor" and the "Tenant's Contractor". This permit covers work to be done by the TENANT'S CONTRACTOR. The lazer tag maze room shall have a fire sprinkler system, alarm system, public address system, and low level exit signage. The maximum occupant load for this space (288) shall be posted near the main exit. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department.
