To reroof a 3400 sq. ft. area in accordance with Chapter 15 & Appendix Chapter 15 of the 1994 UBC and per the manufactures listed instructions. Area with 12/12 pitch to be covered with a "Class A" Architectural Style fiberglass composition shingle and the remaining areas of 1/2 inch per foot slope with a "Class A" Genflex System per item #10, page 237, 1996 UL Roofing Directory under "Class A - Mechanically Fastened" by the anchor bar method. Also to install 4 new vents per installer to provide ventilation per Sec. 1505.3 UBC. drs
