To remodel a 1582sf area of an existing 32,000 sq.ft. grocery store by creating a new delicatessen area in the southwest corner of the store formerly used for sales of bakery goods per approved plans on file. Work to include removal of bakery sales shelving and installation of new food preparation equipment and fixtures including a Type I grease hood with 1-hr. rated shaft, a new "overhead screen" and soffit over new area, relocation of Fire Sprinklers per NFPA #13 as administered by the Fire Department, alteration of Suspended Ceiling system and installation of miscellaneous counters for sale of food products.
