To construct a new steel/concrete landing and stairway from Concourse "B" to be used to feed a trash compactor. Work is to include a concrete slab, concrete footings, steel columns, steel joists, concrete landing, steel guardrails, steel stair treads, and a new exterior door all per approved drawings and plan check notes on file.
