Work to include DEMOLITION of approximatly 32lf of existing partition walls, suspended ceiling, approximatly 30sf of concrete slab, two doors, lighting, wall finishes and flooring, then constructing approximatly 30lf of new interior partition wall, repair plumbing and concrete floor, installation of new flooring, wall finishes, ceramic tile, suspended ceiling, accessible fixtures, lighting, and toilet partitions to create a mens and womens accessible restrooms.
