TO DEMOLISH THE INTERIOR NONBEARING WALLS, CEILING, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL WITHIN THE SINGLE STORY WING LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER (FORMERLY MENTAL HEALTH WING) OF THE SOUTH TOWER PER APPROVED PLANS ON FILE. All areas that are adjacent to areas of demolition shall have separate required exits maintained for use without going through the demo area. The demo area shall be broom clean at the end of each day and the fire sprinkler system shall be operative. NOTIFY the fire dept if the sprinkler system is to be shut down in this area of demolition at any time. NO NEW CONSTRUCTION OR USE OF THIS AREA IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT.
