To remodel the front entry, install a ramp to new entry doors and remodel existing restrooms to accomodate the physically disabled all per approved plans on file. Work to include removing glass door inside the front entry and install a new pair of 3 ft. wide glass door with glazed storefront at the end of existing roof eaveline, to create 137 sq ft entry vestibule removal of concrete ramp and installation of new concrete ramp & handrail, with a maximum slope of 1 to 12. Plans were reviewed and approved for exterior modifications by Tempra Wilson, Planning Department. No flood plain review required per Scott Spjute deputy director of planing department.
