To remove a 570 sq. ft. portion of the wood floor that has rotted, replace a floor sink with a 36" x 12" trough (other plumbing & fixture's to remain as is) place gravel base and pour a new 4" concrete floor with quarry tile floor cover. All existing interior walls to remain in place. To remove existing freezer & refridgeration storage coolers & replace with glass front, reach in coolers. All per approved plans.
