Construction of interior nonbearing walls, wallcover, suspended ceiling system and one-hour occupancy separation around the medical gas room with a 1-hour shaft around the duct work providing make up air from the exterior per UFC and ventilation exhaust directly to the exterior (ducts can be within the one hour room walls if they extend to the deck & wall is firestopped at flutes) for the medical gas room, all per approved plans notes & attachments.
