To relocate an existing oven from the customer service area to the kitchen preparations area within an existing tenant space. To install electrical connections for the relocated oven, future additional double ovens & hot plate. To remodel the existing cabinets to allow space for appliance locations. To install a type II hood/exhaust duct/make-up air ducts above the relocated appliances. To install a new 120v outlet for a new display case to be located at previous oven location. Appliance clearances to combustibles shall be per the equipment listings & Uniform Mechanical Code. Separate electrical & mechanical permits are required. Final inspection, approval & signatures on the "Occupancy Request Form", issued with the permit, are required from the electrical, mechanical, health, fire & structural inspectors and office staff in order to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy.
