To remodel 2,750 sq.ft. of office area on the north side of the existing warehouse building per approved plans on file. Work to include the removal of approximatly 75lf of existing interior partition wall and installing new roof support headers, posts, and footings then constructing new interior partition walls as needed to rearange the layout of the office area, remodel the restrooms, flooring, wall covering, painting, and finish per attached plans and requirement list.
