To remodel the interior of an existing empty tenant space by constructing approximatly 43lf of new interior partition wall, install a new suspended ceiling system in compliance with chapter 16 of the UBC, infill an existing 7'4" opening in the rear wall of the building, and revise the sprinkler heads per NFPA #13 as administered by the Fire Department.
