To construct a 8339 sq. ft. three story single family dwelling with a 355 sq. ft. basement wine cellar, two attached (2) car garage/shop areas and concrete patios/terraces per approved plans and attached requirement lists. (1st floor 2854 sq. ft.) (2nd floor 3907 sq. ft.) (attic 1578 sq. ft.) Note: Because of the magnitude of the required inspections and extensive engineering, inspections will be performed and accepted in writing by the engineer of record for all engineered systems and shall be provided to field inspector. This in no means exempts the building department from the opportunity to do the same. The building inspector will be notified of all required inspections prior to any cover of framing or reinforcing. The cover of such will not be without the consent of the assigned inspector of this project.
