This in no means exempts the building department from the opportunity to do the same. The building inspector will be notified of all required inspections prior to any cover of framing or reinforcing. The cover of such will not be without the consent of the assigned inspector of this project. Received complaint of ground water being pumped into Loggers Creek. Site evaluation showed three containment ponds at rear of site with fabric filters an a overflow pipe into loggers creek. Homeowners president, contractor, DEQ, have evaluated site. No water was being discharged into creek first containment pond holding all water.
