To occupy existing 1344 sq. ft. building for use as a sprout manufacturing facility. Work to include new hand sink, floor drains & drainage line connected to existing sewer line, a new gas heater and removing door at floor elevation change or install landing per code on each side of door. Remainder of facility to be unaltered. All per approved plan. Separate mechanical & plumbing permit required. Final approval & sign off on occupancy request form required from health, plumbing, mechanical departments for separate work permits & fire /life safety inspections by fire & structural departments in the field & staff personel in building dept. drs
