RIVER QUARRY AT PARKCENTER BUILDING "C" * TO BUILD A NEW 62,400 SQUARE FOOT, THREE-STORY, OFFICE (SHELL AND CORE) BUILDING, CONSTRUCTED OF MASONRY EXTERIOR WALLS, STEEL INTERIOR STRUCTURAL FRAME, METAL STUD INTERIOR PARTITIONS, MASONRY SHAFT AND STAIR ENCLOSURE WALLS, CONCRETE AND METAL PAN FLOOR SYSTEM AND METAL PAN ROOF WITH WOOD TRUSS OVERBUILD AT THE BUILDING'S PERIMETER. THIS PERMIT ALSO INCLUDES RELATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS. THIS BUILDING IS FULLY FIRE SPRINKLED; THE SPRINKLERS ARE BEING USED FOR ONE-HOUR FIRE-RESISTIVE SUBSTITUTION. THIS PERMIT IS FOR THE SHELL AND CORE ONLY AND NO OCCUPANCY IS PERMITTED. SEPARATE TENANT IMPROVEMENT PERMITS ARE REQUIRED TO FINISH THIS BUILDING.
