To remodel the interior lab, nurses station and conference room of an existing medical office per approved plans on file. Work to include removal of approximatly 28lf of existing interior partition wall, three doors, and cabinetry, then construct approximatly 16lf of new interior partition wall to form a new toilet room, relocation of lab, and nurses station, and provide a closable access from the waiting room to the examination area. Addition of a new exit sign, and enlarging the Conference room and one office in other areas of the floor. Refinish the walls of the new rest room and replace flooring in areas of the floor as shown on the approved plans. NO USE OF BASEMENT IS GRANTED. (P.C.#488-97) prp
