To firecaulk and seal all floor-ceiling penetrations and rated wall penetrations in the central core consisting of the 1-hr. corridor connecting the ext stair towers and the elevator vestibule to comply with the requirements of the 1973 UBC as noted during a walk through inspection made under MIS96-0298.
