To finish a 1850 sq.ft. area in an existing office building to create a new tenant/storage space and construct a 20' x 26' covered canopy with parking below per approved plans on file. Work to include the installation of approximatly 74lf of new tenant demising wall, approximatly 111lf of new interior partition walls, new suspended ceiling, lighting, and signage to create one storage area, one break area, two rest rooms, and two office areas within the existing office structure. Construct the new 493sf covered parking area as designed by Stapley Engineering on the exterior of the building. THIS PERMIT COVERES ONLY THE NEW TENANT IMPROVEMENT AND THE COVERED PARKING STRUCTURE. NO OTHER WORK IS PERMITED. A NEW CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY MUST BE OBTAINED BY THIS TENANT PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THIS SPACE.
