To construct a 24' x 36' roof and enclosure walls over existing exterior deck area on the south side of building per approved plans on file. This area will be used for seating for restaurant/bar and add an additional 864 sq.ft. to the existing 2,426 sq.ft. restaurant/bar for a total of 3,290 sq.ft. This will increase the overall building from 7,464 sq.ft. to 8,328 sq.ft. Construction to be wood framed and walls with sliding glass doors for access to existing deck area. These doors are not part of the required exit path. Existing deck and column piers are adequate for the additional load due to roof deck and room use.
