(PHASE III) To upgrade the exit stair on the west side of the building to a 1-hr. exit enclosure per approved plans on file. Work to include the removal of the existing stairs from the 2nd to the 3rd floor and the surrounding wall assemblies, a portion of the 2nd and 3rd floor assembly as needed to create an opening large enough to receive the new stair assembly and construction of the new one-hour enclosure walls with rated doors.
