To install approximately 38 linear feet of nonbearing wall to create a 180 sq. ft. office space within an existing technical processing area. Construction to consist of wood or metal studs covered with firecode sheetrock. The one hour concrete floor/ceiling assembly, located above the suspended ceiling in this area, is classified as an existing 1-hour system. Any alterations to the suspended ceiling shall comply with UBC Standard 25-2 & manufactures instructions. A "Letter of Compliance" is required at the conclusion of this project as evidence of code compliance.
