To remodel a 3,990 sq.ft. office tenant space by installing a 1-hr. tenant demising wall with a 20-minute tested 3-0 X 6-8 man door within to create one tenant space of 1604sf (Suite B) and one 2306sf (Suite A) Tenant space, constructing approximatly 120lf of interior partition wall to create additional offices per approved plans on file. Work to include the removal and alteration of the exit door into the rated corridor system without changing the required 45-min tested sidelight assembly or the fire testing of the 20-minute door assembly, along with changing the swing of the rated corridor door leading the tenant space of the offices of Northwest Hospitality area accross the corridor from this tenant area Suite A.
