To remodel a 3,473 sq.ft. office tenant space by adding 1,187 sq.ft. of additional area per approved plans on file. Tenant space to be 4,520 sq.ft. upon completion of this work. Work to include opening up a 36" walk through in existing tenant demising wall for access to this new area, construct a new 40lf tenant demising wall, approximatly 93lf of new one-hour corridor wall with one-hour ceiling above corridor, approximatly 45lf of new interior partition wall of non-combustible material to form one new storage area, three new broker offices, one conference room, and a new sales area all complete with new 20-min rated door assemblies with 45min tested relights, and install a new exit door with landing on the opposite side of the building for the required second exit to the exterior for this tenant.
