To repair existing three story four unit apartment complex per Boise City Housing and Community Development specification sheets. Work to include repair of drywall, siding, chimney, various roof areas, and exterior deck/stair system. Entire main structure and detached garage to be re-roofed. Attic area will be converted into bedroom. All electrical, plumbing and heating per applicable codes. Smoke detectors to be upgraded and installed in all bedrooms and hallways leading to same. Note: All habital rooms will require natural light (sec. 1203.2). Egress will be required from basement/sleeping rooms. (sec.310.4) of the 1994 Uniform Building Code. DJO
