Work to include removal of approximatly 77lf of existing interior partition wall, 15 doors, 3 interior windows, and approxmatly 150sf of existing floor tile, then constructing approximatly 163lf on new interior partition wall, alter the existing ceiling, install a new accessible shower and finish as needed to create 8 office areas, three conference areas, a reception area, a storage area, and work areas for new tenant.
