To remove approximatly 57lf of existing interior partition walls and 12lf of cabinets, then construct approximatly 368lf of new interior partition noncombustible walls, install a new rated door and sidelight at elevator lobby and new smoke control doors (Smoke Guard) at elevator doors, revise the suspended ceiling as needed and alter the sprinkling system as required to create a conference room, eleven office areas, a break room, a war room, a reception area, and a copy room per approved plans.
