To remodel an existing 1778 sq.ft. retail bread outlet per approved plans on file. Work to include removal of existing storefront glazing and replacing with new accessible double door glazed entry with sidelight. All glass is fully tempered, the threshold is 1/2" of less and the door bottoms are smooth surfaces for the lower 10". A new Exit signage is being installed and the doors locking hardware is openable from the inside without special knowlege and in full compliance with UBC Section 1004.3 and CABO/ANSI 117.1-92.
