TO RELOCATE AND REMODEL THE PHARMACY, BEER COOLER AND WINE DISPLAY AREA PER APPROVED PLANS. Work to include removal of existing fixtures, flooring, ceiling, a portion of the Beer cooler then saw cut a new trench in the concrete slab for installation of the new plumbing lines needed, pour and finish slab to match existing, construct approximatly 52lf of new interior noncombustible partition wall, new curtain walls and new suspended ceiling, replace flooring, install a new beer cooler along with new roof openings for compressor location, create a new opening in roof for a new HVAC system for this new area, install rest room fixtures in new rest room located in the new pharmacy area, install new cabinets, gondollas, and finish as needed per attached plans.
