Work to include replacing existing sliding doors with Installation of two power operated swinging doors, for accessibility access, that comply with UBC Standard 10-2, and two pairs of manually swinging doors, and enclose a 473 sq ft area with two new non-combustible partition walls and a new window wall system to create a vestibule area, relocate existng wall heater and miscelaneous interior finish work.
