Work is to include a 2-hr occupancy separation wall, to function as a horizontal exit, constructed to completely divide the floor. Other work includes interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, smoke control on the elevator doors, millwork, and suspended ceilings all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file.
