This job has had the entire foundation removed and replaced due to set backs owner wanted house moved back,I have been called out by the foundation contractor to look at the foundation, He has found me at another job site accross the road. The basement footings have been poured with out inspection approval,Contractor wants to know if he can pour garage section of footing on top of 7 foot of rock fill. I called Bob he and I agreed ,NO, this requires approval by an Engineer and i have left a correction notice with foundation contractor. Fill is due to the house being moved back.
