INTERIOR REMODEL - To add approximately 16 feet of noncombustible, fire-resistive wall to create a 238 sq. ft. office for Bio-Med personel. To install a 3'-0" x 6'-8" exit door from the room through a clear exit way maintained free of all storage. Noncombustible carts can be kept in the storage area as long as the exit way is kept clear. There SHALL BE NO combustible storage in any of the rooms through which the exit way passes. This wall does not form a corridor and since the storage is noncombustible the 1-hour separations per Section 1005.7 & Tbl. 3-C are not required. This area is has full fire sprinklers and alarms.
