(PIONEER TENT BLDG - FOUNDATION PANELS) To construct masonry walls in two foundation openings on the Main Street side of an existing building. The openings are below grade and are 4'4" wide by 8' tall. The panels will be constructed of 8 inch thich fully grouted masonry units with #5 vertical and horizontal reinforcement bars spaced as shown on the approved drawings. Work includes masonry wall construction, granular backfill, and rebar epoxy connections all per approved drawings and the engineer's calculations on file. The granular backfill shall not be placed until the new walls have achieved sufficient strength to resist the design loads. The backfilled area shall be made to drain. **CJW**
