To construct a 3130 sq. ft.(below street grade) single family dwelling per approved plans, all soils and structural engineering, and attached requirement lists. Approximately 2480 sq. ft. of the below street level structure will be under earth cover. Above grade construction will include attached two car garage, entry foyer/breezeway and lookout tower with spiral stair system. All hillside requirements apply to this project. Capistrano high barrel roof tile and earth cover roof system have been approved by Boise City Fire Department as meeting class "A" roof requirements. Note: Due to the complexity and unusual design of this structure, special inspection will be required for the majority of the construction. (see condition list for special inspection criteria) Additional inspections will be performed and verified in writing by the architect or engineer of record and provided to the assigned Boise City structural inspector at the inspectors direction. The building inspector must be notified of all required inspections prior to any cover of framing or reinforcing.
