06/02/98 407 - john ###-####- Footings have been poured with out approval,They called me to go out for a foundation wall today wanted me there late as possible,at 4:45pm they are about 80% complete with the walls,No approved plans on site,work appears to be out of the set backs and the walls have rebar at the garage fronts along with a continous footing. wall width is per the print at the site.
