The building has two classrooms and related spaces for offices and restrooms. The basement contains a mechanical room, parking & elevator. Less than 50% of the finish floor perimeter is more than 6 feet above grade. The parking area under the building is to be seperated from the rest of the building by a 2 hr. Occupancy seperation.
