To install additional Unistruct as structural members, to bottom of existing concrete, 2-hour fire resistive floor slab, to carry new diagnostic imaging equipment per approved plans on file. All spacings, penetration depths, and connections sizes & methods to be per the attached engineering calculations as part of the approved plan. As a condition of final approval and before issuance of a letter of compliance for the project within the scope of this permit, the structural engineer of record, Kent Soelberg, CH2M HILL, SHALL do a field inspection of the completed connections and bracing and provide a written report and acceptance of the structural work as being in compliance with the intent and plans as he presented for approval and construction. Upon receipt of the letter and review of area for other code compliance items effected by this project, the structural inspector SHALL issue a Letter of Compliance as evidence of project plan complaince.
