Work also to include replacement of existing windows, application of river rock patterned stucco on front of house, and recessed redwood hot tub at existing deck location. Alteration and framing of deck to be verified by structural inspector. Battery powered smoke detectors will be required in all existing bedrooms and hallways leading to same. djo
