To cut a 12" x 24" opening in a two hour fire resistive floor assembly for the purpose of installing new telecommunication lines from the first floor to the basement. Lines to be installed through a listed firestop assembly, UL System Number F-B-3004 (copy attached to plans). All components of listed system to be installed as described & detailed by architect. Reinforce between new & existing opening as detailed by structural engineering drawing attached. Contractor responsible to have all components inspected and approved before covering. A "Certificate of Compliance / Completion" is required at the conclusion of the project to identify that required inspections were made and approved by Boise City Agencies involved with this project, for compliance with plans & codes.
