Work includes four restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior non-bearing walls, a suspended lay-in ceiling, false wood ceiling beams, and a grease hood exhaust system all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. The maximum allowable occupant load for the upper level terrace (49 occupants) and each level (289 total upper floor including terrace, 161 total middle level) shall be posted on a conspicuous sign near the main exit from each area.
