To divide an existing tenant space into 2 separate spaces (1,478 square feet for the vacant space and 2,275 square feet for "Kay Pearsons"). Work is to include a 1-hr tenant demising wall and modifications to an existing restroom to make it more accessible to the disabled. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. This permit is intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for "Kay Pearsons" and NOT for the vacant space.
