To construct clerestory roof over 900 sq. ft. of living area per approved plans and all attached engineering. Work also to include repair of existing deck due to over cantilever and remodel of kitchen area. Note: All areas noted on approved plans that require verification by architect or engineer will require findings to be submitted to structural inspector in letter form.
