To remodel a portion of an existing 19,900 sq.ft. cardiology catheterization suite per approved plans on file. Work to include removing existing equipment from Cath Lab #1, structural modifications of floor system and installation of new equipment in this area. To remove interior non-bearing walls from Cath Lab #3, to install lead lining within existing wall assemblies, remove cabinets / sinks/ misc. walls in other supporting areas, modifiy floor support system to carry new loads, install mechanical, electrical and plumbing to support modifications, to create a new Cath Lab treatment station as noted on approved plans. nOTE FIRE-RESISTIVE INTEGRITY SHALL BE MAINTAINED AS REQUIRED FOR TYPE I-FR CONSTRUCTION.
