To remodel the exercise area to create a room, and convert sauna to game room inside the pool area per approved plans on file. Work to include construction of new interior nonrated walls around the new exercise room, installation of CABO/ANSI designed ramp to the exercise room and existing required exit door, installation of a 1-1/2 hr. door in the existing 2-hr. area separation wall for access to game room, reverse swing on required exit on north side of the pool room, and miscellaneous finish.
