To finish a 7,191 sq.ft. portion of the 27,636 s.f. 3rd floor to create a medical examination office tenant space. Work to include noncombustible framing & sheetrock materials to create a rated exit corridor system for the 3rd floor, connecting all three exits; to install two store fron type double glass doors with sidelights at the wall line between the open parking garage to the exit stairways; to define three unfinished, unoccupied floor areas and to create the exam rooms with support areas for the OB-GYN Center. All sheetrock to be fire rated 5/8", type 'X', on metal studs. A 'Class 1" suspended ceiling system within the tenant space and exit system at the perimeter of the tenant space; install electrical & plumbing to the tenant space, elevator lobby & exit system and mechanical within the space, with rough-in ducting to the unfinished areas for future expansion.
